What is included?
I have always dreamed of creating a yoga retreat that combines yoga and nature and sharing the benefits of these two passions that have changed my life. After sixteen years in the United States, my return to my roots in the Ubaye Valley in 2021 gave wings to my dream. In 2023, I created my first yoga retreat in the magic of the French Alps. This year I’m offering the third edition of a wonderful personal adventure. My intention is to allow everyone to progress on the path of well-being, to renew a warm, tender and positive inner dialogue.
With enthusiasm I have created a yoga retreat that gives you the opportunity to discover new horizons, moments of sharing and discovery, a "bath" of light that will illuminate your body and mind and give your heart a new boost.
I added an extra day this year. Arrival at Barcelonnette is scheduled for Friday, so that you can discover the city of Barcelonnette and its Saturday morning market, as well relax after what can be a long trip.
This retreat is open to all. If you wish to share this experience with someone who is not familiar with yoga and prefers not to participate in this activity, a price reduction will be offered. Contact me for the details.
The language spoken during the retreat is English, especially the yoga classes. French remains my birth language!

Round trip transportation between Marseille Provence airport and the hotel in Barcelonnette

Accommodation at L'Escale en Ubaye bed and breakfast, 2 to 4 people per room, breakfast included.

Daily yoga, sometimes twice a day, discussions on well-being and the practice of yoga, hiking, bike tour with Ubaye Riding VTT, visit to the Atelier du Potier Alpin in Saint Paul sur Ubaye, guided tour of Barcelonnette, market visits in Cuneo Italy, some lunches/dinners, and much more!

The Services We Offer
Hotel
L'Escale en Ubaye Bed and Breakfast in Barcelonnette France.
All rooms are double or triple or quad occupancy rooms.
Your room category will be assigned upon deposit (first come first served). If you would like to room with someone specifically, please let us know when the deposit is made for both travelers. There is an additional cost for a single room if requested.
If you are traveling solo, you will be assigned a room with another traveler from our group. Single beds will be provided for each person, unless a couple is requesting a double bed.
Flights
We recommend booking your flight promptly. It is important to arrive at Marseille Airport before 1:00 PM, as Anne offers a single shuttle from Marseille to Barcelonnette. All participants must be present.
Shuttle
Anne will be waiting for your arrival with a private shuttle and car and will transport you to your hotel accommodations
(approximately a 2.5 hr drive to Ubaye). Upon the ending of the retreat, you will be shuttled back to the airport the night before departure to Marseille for your early morning departure. The hotel before departure is included in the package price.
Meal
Daily breakfast will be provided at the hotel cost included in package). We will have an opportunity to visit the markets in town to purchase picnic lunches and dinner at local restaurants in the evening on the days food is not provided (cost not included).

Price
The total price is $2750 per person, including accommodation, meals, excursions, yoga classes, and tourist taxes. A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to reserve your spot. The remaining balance will be due no later than June 15, 2025.
Flight costs are not included.
Notes
This retreat will be a special offering for only l6 participants, first come first served, once the non-refundable 500 $ deposit is made.
We will accept a waiting list for up to 9 more participants if there should be any cancelations.

The French Alps are majestic, a preserved and respected nature.
Clean air invites deep breathing which helps physical and mental well being.
In October the trees take on their autumnal color and warm the soul.
If you need to recharge your batteries, to rejuvenate yourself, to communicate with your inner self and your body, to step aside of your busy routine; l invite you to spend a week of Yoga in the mountains with me, to discover the French spirit and enjoy a day trip to Italy.
This trip was amazing, and I truly appreciated the all week, thank you for a beautiful and wonderful adventure !
