About

I ask you to follow your heart, to let your yoga practice open the doors to happiness and true knowledge. I invite you to slow down, to savor each step, to accept who you are and to notice what fears block your hopes, your potential and your freedom.

Yoga came to me by surprise almost 30 years ago while traveling in Asia. It became my anchor, my passion, my life, when I arrived in the United States almost 20 years ago. My references are vast, but what is truly inspiring is that I never repeat the same combination of movements and asanas. For each class, I follow my intuition, I find inspiration by feeling the energy around me, I honor my students, I listen to their need at that precise moment.

The history of Yoga goes back to Antiquity, the practice, the study of this philosophy is a journey that requires patience, rigor, respect, humor and devotion to light, to life. Yoga is a benevolent tree, its branches are numerous, everyone, at any age can find new strength, connection, possibilities, joy and well-being. Life is full of surprises and challenges, trials, agitations, take us away from our true self and sometimes make us lose our will, our confidence and even love. The practice of Yoga helps you discover your tree of life, to grow, to open your eyes and your heart, to breathe consciously, to live fully.

As I often say, “I have the privilege of watching my students evolve. They spread their wings with grace, each with their own colors, their own shape, their own heart and their own voice.” – “Yoga “The art of living” in the present, with respect and sincere love for every light on earth.”

My wisdom evolves by constantly seeking the communion between Jnana, Bhakti and Karma (knowledge, divine love and action). This union is the sacred essence of Yoga.

From the unreal, bring us to the real
From the darkness, bring us to the light
From death, bring us to immortality
Let there be peace in me
Let there be peace in my surroundings
May there be peace in the forces that act upon me.

From ignorance, lead me to the truth;
From darkness, lead me to light;
From death, lead me to immortality
Om peace, peace, peace

B.K.S. Iyengar

Intensity is a mental attitude more than a physical attitude. Many people misunderstand what intensity means. They think it means straining and sweating. No! That is a wrong meaning of the word! Intensity is to get totally involved, fully immersed and absorbed in what one is doing. Intense practice means a fast and keen mode in adjusting, correcting, and progressively proceeding.

Saint Jean de la Croix

In the inner stillness where meditation leads, the Spirit secretly anoints the soul and heals our deepest wounds.

Sophocle

One word frees us of all the weight and pain of life. The word is love.

Luffina Lourduraj

As delicate as flower, as tender as rose petals, choosing to be tender and kind in a harsh environment is not weakness, it's courage.

Bryant McGill

Open the bloom of your heart and become a gift of beauty to the world.

Thich Nhat Hanh

Nothing can survive without food. everything we consume acts either to heal us or to poison us. we tend to think of nourishment only as what we take in through our mouths, but what we consume with our eyes, our ears, our noses, our tongues, and our bodies is also food. the conversations going on around us, and those we participate in, are also food. are we consuming and creating the kind of food that is healthy for us and helps us grow? auxquelles nous participons sont aussi de la nourriture. Consommez-vous et créez-vous le type de nourriture qui est saine pour nous et qui nous aide à grandir ?

Krishnamurti

The body has its own intelligence; it requires a great deal of intelligence to observe the intelligence of the body.
