Cancellation Policy
THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (“TERMS”) CONTAIN VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS, AS WELL AS THE TERMS, LIMITATIONS, AND EXCLUSIONS THAT MAY APPLY TO YOU.
These Terms incorporate by reference the Yoga by Anne (Anne Follenbach Howard) ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY form.
These Terms, together with the Yoga by Anne ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY form, constitute the entire agreement relating to the use of the Services or Programs purchased from and offered by Anne Follenbach Howard, hereinafter referred to as “Yoga by Anne,” “we,” “our,” or “us,” as applicable.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time, without prior written notice, at our sole discretion. Any amendment will become effective as of the date indicated as the “Last Updated” date and will be made available in the Yoga by Anne TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE.
The Yoga by Anne ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY form may also be amended. You are therefore responsible for reviewing these terms regularly. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of all such amendments.
ACCEPTANCE / ORDER CONFIRMATION
You acknowledge that your order constitutes an offer to purchase subject to these Terms. Yoga by Anne reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its sole discretion.
SERVICES
Yoga retreats organized on location by Yoga by Anne are collectively referred to herein as the “Services” or “Programs.”
Please note that the programs and schedules provided are for informational purposes only. Schedules, classes, workshops, experiences, activities, excursions, and locations are subject to change.
All workshops, activities, excursions, yoga classes, and meditation sessions are optional. Each participant is free to choose whether or not to take part according to their own preferences.
PRICING / PAYMENT
U.S. Dollars
All prices are stated in U.S. dollars.
PAYMENT TERMS AND METHODS
Payment terms are at the sole discretion of Anne Follenbach Howard.
Credit card payments are currently processed through Square Payment.
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration. Payment may be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover credit card.
You represent and warrant that the credit card information you provide is accurate, valid, and complete; that you are duly authorized to use such card for the purchase; that the charges incurred will be honored by your card issuer; and that you will pay all amounts due at the prices quoted, together with any applicable taxes, if any.
Other payment methods, such as Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal, may also be accepted upon prior agreement with Anne.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
All registrations and reservations are subject to Yoga by Anne’s cancellation policies as described below.
Yoga Retreats
For yoga retreats, the $500 deposit is non-refundable and secures your reservation.
Full payment for the retreat must be received no later than 110 days before the start date of the retreat.
If you need to cancel more than 110 days before the retreat start date, all amounts paid will be refunded, except for the non-refundable $500 deposit.
If you cancel less than 110 days before the retreat start date, no refund will be issued.
If Yoga by Anne is required to cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, the deposit and all other amounts paid will be refunded in full.
No refund will be issued in the event of a no-show, early departure from a retreat, event, or accommodation, arrival at the retreat location with symptoms of an active infection or illness, or early departure during the retreat.
Other Cancellations
No other refunds or credits will be issued.
Yoga by Anne’s standard cancellation policy applies to all other fees.
YOGA BY ANNE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY SERVICE OR PROGRAM AT ANY TIME.
In such an event, a full refund or credit will be offered, at our discretion.
Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method or credit card used for the initial payment.
PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for your transportation to and from the yoga retreat location, including arrival and departure transportation from Marseille Airport, France, as well as any additional expenses related to your participation, including meals or activities not included, unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific retreat offer.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for your yoga retreat.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
You hereby release Yoga by Anne – Anne Follenbach Howard from any and all liability arising directly or indirectly from the Services or Programs offered by Yoga by Anne.
WAIVER OF CLAIMS
You waive any right to hold Yoga by Anne – Anne Follenbach Howard liable for any damages arising directly or indirectly from your participation in the Services or Programs.
You acknowledge and agree that your participation in the Services, Programs, and any services offered by third parties is undertaken at your own risk.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
You acknowledge that you are aware of the risks associated with the Services, Programs, and services offered by third parties, and you agree to assume the risks associated with your participation.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yoga by Anne – Anne Follenbach Howard from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising directly or indirectly from your participation in the Services and Programs.
WEBSITE PRIVACY
We collect personally identifiable information when you register for our Services or Programs.
This information may include, but is not limited to, your name, email address, and payment information.
We may also collect certain information that does not directly identify you, such as your IP address, browser type, and operating system.
We use the personal information you provide to process your orders, respond to your requests, and provide customer service.
We may also use this information to personalize your experience.
PHOTO AND VIDEO RELEASE
You authorize Yoga by Anne to use images of you, including photographs and videos taken during yoga retreats, without any claim or compensation on your part, solely for communication, advertising, and promotional purposes, on any media of its choosing.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.
PRICE
The total price is $3,100 per person.
This price includes:

accommodation;

meals;
-
excursions;
-
yoga classes;
-
taxes;
-
associated fees.
Credit card processing fees of $50 are not included.
A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to reserve your place.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than May 15, 2027.
CANCELLATION POLICY

The $500 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

If you cancel before May 15, 2027, all amounts paid will be refunded, less the $500 deposit.

If you cancel after May 15, 2027, no refund will be available.

Schedules, excursions, and activities are subject to change.

If we are required to cancel this retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, the full deposit and all amounts paid toward the retreat will be refunded.

Participants are advised to purchase travel insurance.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance that provides coverage for possible unforeseen circumstances.
